Opening Ceremonies
Opening ceremonies are scheduled for Wednesday, November 14, at 6:00 p.m. prior to the Opening Banquet. All teams are required to attend. Warm-up and/or game uniforms should be worn for this very important event. Please bring any state or college flags that would add to the pageantry of the event. Opening ceremonies will include team introductions, welcoming statements from affiliated officials and a gift exchange. Each team will have a gift exchange with one (1) other team. Appropriate gifts for the exchange would be t-shirts, hats, etc. It is very important to bring an adequate number (30) of gifts to exchange. A diagram and complete details of the opening ceremonies/gift exchange will be in your arrival packet.
